Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 DAYS of postmarked delivery. Store credit will be issued to you within 2-3 business days and sent to the email you used at checkout, which you may then use to purchase an exchange or a new item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED
• FREE OF MARKS, SCENTS, AND ANIMAL HAIR

Please use the email you used when you placed the order. All returns can be sent to the return address on the shipping label.

IF WE DISCERN THAT THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA, THE ITEM WILL BE MARKED “RETURN TO SENDER” AND RETURNED TO YOU WITHOUT NOTICE AND AT YOUR COST.
